These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the relationship between zee77 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform", "zee77") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "User") who accesses, registers on, or uses the services provided at https://zee77.io and all associated sub-pages and applications (collectively, "the Platform").

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use any service on zee77. Registration by, or use of zee77 on behalf of, any person under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older.

2.2 Verification. zee77 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any stage of registration or during the lifetime of your account. Acceptable documents include a national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable time may result in the suspension or closure of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

2.3 One Account Per Player. Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account on zee77. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension and forfeiture of all funds held in any duplicate accounts. If you have lost access to an existing account, you must contact our support team to recover it rather than creating a new one.

2.4 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and must update your account details promptly if any information changes. zee77 accepts no liability for losses or delays arising from inaccurate account information provided by the player.

2.5 Geographic Restrictions. zee77 targets players located in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using zee77 does not violate any law, regulation, or restriction applicable in your jurisdiction. Players who are located in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited must not register or use the Platform.

• You must be a real person — corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.
• You must not be a current employee, director, or agent of zee77 or any affiliated company.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list at the time of registration.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person when placing wagers.

3.1 Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account access details with any other person. zee77 will treat all activity conducted through your account as having been carried out by you personally, and you accept liability for all such activity.

3.2 Unauthorised Access. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify zee77 immediately via our 24/7 live chat or by emailing [email protected]. zee77 will take reasonable steps to secure your account following notification but accepts no liability for losses that occurred prior to you notifying us.

3.3 Account Dormancy. An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as dormant. zee77 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy fee to inactive accounts, subject to the balance not falling below zero. Players will be notified before any dormancy fee is applied.

3.4 Account Closure. You may close your account at any time by contacting the support team. Any remaining account balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to you via your registered payment method following satisfactory identity verification. Accounts under investigation for suspected fraud or policy violations may not be closed until the investigation is concluded.

3.5 Currency. All account balances, deposits, and withdrawals on zee77 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The ৳ symbol is used throughout the Platform to represent the Bangladeshi Taka.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. zee77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. zee77 reserves the right to add, remove, or modify accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account.

4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your zee77 account balance in real time. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 24 hours to appear in your balance. zee77 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment service provider or bank.

4.4 Withdrawal Requests. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity and payment method verification. Standard withdrawal processing time is 1–6 hours for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days. zee77 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal.

4.5 Withdrawal Conditions. Players must have wagered their deposit amount at least once before a withdrawal request will be approved. Funds credited as bonuses must meet the applicable wagering requirements before they are eligible for withdrawal.

4.6 Same-Method Rule. Withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, to the extent technically possible. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and financial fraud.

4.7 No Chargebacks. All deposits made to zee77 are for the purpose of gambling and are non-refundable once wagered. Initiating a chargeback through your payment provider in relation to a gambling transaction is a violation of these Terms and may result in account suspension and legal action.

4.8 Anti-Money Laundering. zee77 is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. We reserve the right to report suspicious transaction activity to relevant authorities. Any player found to be using zee77 for the purpose of money laundering will be permanently banned and all funds in their account will be frozen pending investigation.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. The specific wagering multiplier, eligible games, and contribution percentages for each bonus will be stated in the individual bonus terms. As a general guide:

• Slots and crash games typically contribute 100% towards wagering requirements.

5.6 Modification of Promotions. zee77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players will be notified of material changes to ongoing promotions before the change takes effect where reasonably practicable.

6.1 Game Providers. All games available on zee77 are supplied by certified third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on zee77. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended immediately, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and all funds in the account forfeited pending investigation:

• Fraud & Deception: Providing false information during registration or verification; impersonating another person; using stolen or unauthorised payment methods.

The updated Terms will display a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12.2 Account Suspension. zee77 reserves the right to suspend any player account at any time and without prior notice if we have reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any other conduct that is harmful to the Platform, other players, or third parties. Suspended accounts will be subject to investigation, and the outcome communicated to the account holder within a reasonable time.

12.3 Account Termination by zee77. zee77 may permanently close any account where a serious breach of these Terms has been confirmed, including but not limited to: fraud, money laundering, underage gambling, or abuse of platform staff. In the event of permanent closure due to a confirmed breach, zee77 reserves the right to forfeit the full account balance.

12.4 Termination by Player. You may close your account at any time by contacting the support team. Any eligible balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending identity verification requirements.

12.5 Survival. Clauses relating to intellectual property, data protection, limitation of liability, and prohibited conduct shall survive the termination of this Agreement regardless of the reason for termination.

12.6 Governing Language. These Terms are written and governed in the English language. The English version constitutes the sole authoritative legal version of this Agreement.
